For South Austin owners, this is our Del Valle kennel location. Use the map below to plan from your starting address, then check a separate route from the kennel to your airport terminal. Allow time for your dog’s check-in, traffic and airport procedures.
We do not provide an airport shuttle or airport parking.
Customer arrival windows are the same seven days a week. Plan boarding dates around these hours as well as your flight.
For an early departure, book the previous day when needed. For a return after the available pickup hours, book through the following morning.
If your departure is before our drop-off window, book boarding to begin the previous day. An early drop-off must be arranged in advance; do not plan to arrive outside the agreed window.
Book through the following morning or arrange late pickup in advance within the available hours. Allow for baggage collection, traffic, and the drive to Del Valle.
Planning example: For an early Friday flight and a late Sunday return, consider Thursday drop-off and Monday morning pickup. Select the actual dates in the portal to review your stay.
Each dog has their own indoor suite and outdoor patio, separated from unfamiliar dogs by solid dividers. There is no group play. Friendly dogs can receive selected individual enrichment; dogs who should not be approached or handled can receive contact-free care.

We do not facilitate or recommend group play during boarding, including for friendly dogs. Private space avoids the pressure of unfamiliar dog groups and helps limit unwanted interactions and rehearsing unwanted behavior.
Standard boarding is $65/night; holidays are $80/night. See full pricing and optional add-ons. The deposit is refundable when canceled at least eight days before the stay and nonrefundable within seven days, subject to the reservation terms.
At check-in, you take your dog to their private suite. Staff follow the human-interaction setting in your dog’s booking profile. Contact-free care uses separate indoor and outdoor spaces so staff can service one area while the dog is in the other.
Certified staff are in the kennel building approximately 7:45 AM to 4 PM daily, with a certified trainer living on-site for overnight emergencies. Customer drop-off and pickup still follow the booked arrival windows.
Bring food and necessary medications according to the booking instructions. A clean bed is provided; personal bedding and toys from home are not allowed.
